We've all heard of "No Pain, No Gain".  I will say discomfort is possible should you have a problematic area, but working deeper than the clients comfort level is counterproductive.  YOUR COMFORT WILL ALWAYS BE KEPT IN MIND.

I truly enjoy what I do.  The body is simply amazing.  It is built to take care of itself, but sometimes it needs a little help.  It communicates with you all day, every day.   That pain that won't go away.  That click that started 3 weeks ago.  That numb feeling.  Those horrible headaches that seem to come more often than not.  Pain is your body's biggest communicator.  Your body is speaking to you.  Listen to it.  You may be amazed what you find out!  Muscles have a great memory, sometimes so much, they have a hard time letting go!
